Comcast will be onsite at the ESC to swap out a failing router for our Jive Phones. There is a small chance of dropped phone calls from 4:00 to 4:30 PM as they put the new router online - but the system should transition to our backup line. Any disruption should be very minimal. No other systems are affected.
