Global Google Authentication Issues, Chromebook login problems 11/04/2025
Resolved - This has been resolved.

Identified - Clever identified this as a Google issue, but many school districts are reporting (A) this is not affecting the majority of students who are logging into Chromebooks that they have logged into before, and (B) problems seem to be subsiding and Chromebook logins are generally working normally since around noon.

Investigating - Students logging in to a Chromebook may get a black screen and redirected to the login prompt. Many school districts nationwide have reported login problems and we are waiting for an ETA from Google Support. No workaround is available at this time. Will update as soon as we know more.
